Apostle Dr. Laura V. Anderson is a seasoned and anointed minister with over 30 years of impactful service in the body of Christ. Recognized as a prophet to the nations, she is the visionary founder of Emmanuel Healing Deliverance Cathedral, where she leads with authority, compassion, and a deep commitment to Kingdom transformation.
In addition to her pastoral work, Dr. Anderson is the founder of the LA Transitional Outreach Shelter, a haven for women who have experienced abuse and trauma. Her passion for education and empowerment also led her to establish the Life Changing Bible Institute, where leaders are trained, equipped, and released into their divine calling.
Dr. Anderson’s ministry is marked by healing, deliverance, prophetic insight, and an unwavering dedication to restoring lives, families, and communities.

Serves as an ordain elder and Pastor at Emmanuel Healing Deliverance Cathedral,of Buildings & Grounds He oversees the church facilities, maintenance, safety, and grounds, ensuring a welcoming and well-managed campus for worship, outreach, and community events. William coordinates building projects, vendor relations, and custodial staff, partnering with church leadership to support smooth campus operations and a spirit of hospitality. He serves with a servant’s heart, always greeting God’s people with a smile and a posture of love, integrity, and humility in every interaction. He brings the gift of craftsmanship—a gifted carpenter—using practical skill and attention to detail to create and maintain spaces that reflect Christ’s care. Whether inside the walls or serving beyond them, his aim is to reflect Christ’s love through practical care, welcoming spaces, and compassionate service.
